Privacy Policy
Learn what information Watch Series Stream handles, how third-party requests work and how to contact us.
This Privacy Policy explains how Watch Series Stream, accessible at watchseriesstream.us, handles information in connection with its editorial website. It describes the current static website's functions, the kinds of technical information a hosting provider may process, the handling of email correspondence, and how a visitor can raise a privacy question. We aim to describe actual practices rather than list features the site does not offer.
Last reviewed: November 1, 2026. Contact: admin@watchseriesstream.us. This is an informational explanation of the site as published on this date, not a representation that a visitor's browser or internet provider collects no information.
What the website currently provides
Watch Series Stream publishes articles about television, reviews, recaps, legal streaming guidance and watchlists. Public pages can be viewed without creating an account. The site's search box and blog category filters run in your browser using the published article index. We have not built a user-registration service, a member profile system, an on-site comment database or a checkout for purchases.
The current website files do not include Google Analytics, Google AdSense scripts, advertising pixels or a third-party behavioral tracking tool. There is no on-site newsletter registration. If services are added later, this policy should be reviewed and relevant notices or consent controls installed before their use. Readers should not assume that a description of a possible future service means it is active today.
Information you choose to provide
If you email admin@watchseriesstream.us, your message and any details you choose to include may be received and retained in the mailbox used for correspondence. This can include your sending email address, a name in your signature, the subject and contents of your message, and any attachments. We use such information to read and respond to the inquiry, investigate a correction or address a relevant operational request. Email also travels through the email services used by the sender and recipient, which have their own systems and policies.
The contact form on this site uses a mailto action prepared by your own email application. It does not transmit form entries to a Watch Series Stream form-processing server when the button is pressed. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and sending it. If your email client does not open, no submission is completed by the website. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, private streaming credentials or other information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.
Technical requests and hosting logs
Like websites generally, pages and assets are delivered through hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider and network intermediaries may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, approximate location inferred from network details, and error or security events. This processing may be necessary to serve content, maintain the network, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and keep security records. We do not claim that a static website eliminates ordinary server-level logging.
The host's actual retention periods, operational access arrangements and technical security systems are determined by its configuration and contractual terms. We do not publish an invented schedule for those records. If a privacy request depends on particular server logs, we may need to clarify what records are available and what control over them is practical.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The current website's own JavaScript does not set tracking cookies or store your search terms in local storage. Search results are computed in the open page, and switching a blog category changes which existing cards are displayed. The site does not require an advertising-consent choice for an advertising system that has not been installed. Ordinary browser caches and standard hosting or security infrastructure may still store technical information outside our page scripts.
If we later activate analytics, advertising, affiliate measurement, personalization or another cookie-setting service, we would need to revise the Cookie Policy and this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, such technology should not be activated for a visitor before the relevant choice is obtained. Please consult our Cookie Policy for more detail about the present implementation.
Images and external services
Article images are served as part of the website and are associated with their corresponding articles. The homepage's background may request a public-domain photograph from Wikimedia's image infrastructure, depending on the deployed version. In that situation, your browser connects to the third-party image host to retrieve the file. That provider can receive technical request information under its own privacy practices. The image is decorative and not necessary to read the site's articles.
Links that take you to an external website, streaming provider or email service are governed by those providers' terms and privacy practices after you leave our site. We do not control their cookies, account systems, subscription payments or personal-data decisions. A mention of a streaming platform in an article is editorial information, not evidence that we exchange visitor data with it.
Reasons for using information
Correspondence information may be used to respond to messages, check reported inaccuracies, improve accessibility, investigate misuse of the contact address or handle a privacy request. Limited technical information held by the hosting environment may support delivery, troubleshooting, performance and security. We do not describe personalizing editorial content through a visitor profile because no such user profile service exists in this version of the site.
We do not sell a reader's email inquiry or intentionally publish the contents of private correspondence. If a legal requirement applies or a valid operational necessity arises, information could need to be shared with relevant service providers or authorities as permitted or required by applicable law. We cannot promise that an ordinary email is a confidential or end-to-end-encrypted communication channel.
Retention, security and international processing
Email correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably useful to address the inquiry, document a correction or meet applicable responsibilities. We have not specified a universal automatic deletion period and do not want to imply one exists. Visitors may contact us about a previous message and request deletion or clarification where feasible and legally appropriate. Technical infrastructure records, if any, are subject to service-provider configurations and retention policies.
We seek to limit unnecessary collection through the site's design, but no transmission or storage method is completely risk-free. Hosting, email and third-party asset providers may operate infrastructure in countries different from where a reader lives. Privacy protections and rights can vary by location. We will not claim a particular transfer framework, contractual safeguard or jurisdictional status without confirming that it applies.
Your choices and rights
You can read public pages without emailing us, creating an account or accepting a website analytics cookie. You can choose not to send form details or contact us from an email application. Browser settings can manage stored data and restrict third-party requests, although blocking some assets can affect presentation. You may ask what correspondence we can reasonably identify as yours, request a correction, raise an objection or ask for deletion where the law provides that right.
Privacy rights differ between jurisdictions, and exceptions may apply to legal duties, security records or material that cannot practically be identified. To submit a request, email admin@watchseriesstream.us with a clear subject and enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate verification before sharing or altering information, particularly when responding could expose another person's data.
Children and sensitive information
Watch Series Stream is a general-interest editorial website about television, which can include mature programming. It is not designed as a children's personal-information service. We do not knowingly operate a system to collect children's profiles or behavioral data. Please avoid including information about children or sensitive personal circumstances in an ordinary editorial email unless it is necessary for the request.
Some series descriptions mention violence, trauma or adult subject matter because those details help readers make viewing decisions. That editorial discussion does not mean the website is seeking health or other sensitive personal information from its visitors.
Advertising and future changes
Google AdSense and similar advertising tools can use cookies, advertising identifiers or other technologies when actually enabled, and some uses may require notice and consent choices depending on a person's location and applicable law. No AdSense advertising tags or personalized-advertising features are included in this static build. We do not claim that advertising opt-outs operate on a system that is not running. Any subsequent addition of advertising would require an accurate update describing the relevant providers, options and mechanisms.
We may update this policy if website features, vendors or legal requirements change. A revised version should state its review date and describe material changes clearly. For questions about privacy, email admin@watchseriesstream.us. We want readers to understand both what the website currently does and the limits of what we can know about third-party services.
